Did any chapters take up the roles of the traitor legions?

I'm still pretty new to all the lore and I'm always hearing about how each of the legions kind of had role or specialty. Like Iron Warriors being siege specialist, or Night Lords being tortures. So It made me wonder which chapters kind of ended up filling those voids.
