Jewish characters

I know the show hasn't delved yet very deep into religious stuff (although Louis' season 1 arc had some of tha) but I was wondering if we'll see a Jewish character. We've seen at least two Muslim characters (If you count Armand. Rashid and Fareed are also Muslim iinm) and a lot of Christians or at least characters who grew up Christians. I was wondering if we'll ever see a Jewish character.

It's more complicated to have an even somewhat religious Jewish character. Mainly because the consumption of blood is prohibited in Judaism, but I wonder if Anne Rice had a Jewish character in the books (haven't read all of them yet) and if she did, will we ever see that character on screen.
