Solo Excursion

Hey yall! I’m (37 F) planning a trip to WDW with my partner in December. In between park days, we’re doing a day of resort hopping/Disney Springs and he’s going to a concert at the House of Blues that I’m skipping out on. I have a couple of hours to kill and was deciding between the Sangria University at Coronado Springs and the Starlight Safari at Animal Kingdom Lodge.

We are planning to do a brunch a Boma earlier in the day, so my only concern there is repetitiveness, and we are not renting a car so I’m assuming it’ll be a ride share from our All Stars resort to either location.

If anyone has done either experience, or recommends any other fun solo experiences, I’d love to hear about it!
