Deliberate hue variation in limewash
Hoping this is the right venue.
I'm thinking about doing some limewash in my home. I know typically limewash creates tonal/saturation variation in a single hue and i love the effect. Has anyone had success in applying two hues of lime wash to create a sort of pass through effect of the colors.
I'm thinking something akin to the undertones achieved by ceramic, glazing like in the photo. Not just a lighter+darker version of the same green but warmer/cooler. Would this be as simple as layering one after the other? Or brushing them on simultaneously? Thanks!
