help w itinerary for fam: Doolin? or extra day in Killarney, and more time in galway?

Hello - I'm in charge of organizing a trip for my parents 70th bday around Ireland, keeping to the touristy area for ease of the 5 of us traveling and parents. The planned itinerary is - Dublin for 2.5 days, then the Killarney area for 2.5 days. We'd have a day for the Ring of kerry, options with a driver to do our own itinerary here. And the second day we would explore Dingle and then head back to Killarney home base for night. Now we have the options -

A. Head up the coast to Doolin for 2 nights (1 full day) and then we head to Galway for a night before returning to Dublin to fly out.

B. Stay another night in Killarney area, this would allow us 2 full days for the ring of kerry, and the third day we'd use for Dingle. Then we'd make our way up to Galway, skipping staying in Doolin, and just stopping along the coastline for some views. Then we'd have a night in Galway to explore the city little better than just a lunch.

Personally, I don't know if a stay in Doolin is worth it. It might be nice to spend more time in the Killarney area, but I could be very wrong. Have not ever been to this area, just have my opinion on online accounts.

Any thoughts?
