Need help to plan 7 days itinerary from your experience

Me and my boyfriend are going to Mallorca for 6 nights (29July-4August). We won’t be renting a car, so we’ll rely on buses and taxis.

Our priorities are:
Beautiful beaches (maybe Playa de Muro/Alcudia?)
Relaxing
A bit of sightseeing
Nice restaurants and romantic atmosphere

I’d really appreciate advice from people who’ve actually visited Mallorca without renting a car.
