hats and ladders is so shit

I keep having issues w hats and ladders, first it was unable to process smth and now I legit cannot sign in. I’ve reached out like 2 months ago and they didn’t reply then I did a follow up but they still didn’t reply..😭I’m so done. I can’t get my schedule bc of this, and I’ve emailed and called, etc. the problem still hasn’t been solved
