Cca ratio

Does anyone know what the ratio of cca compared to full time positions is supposed to be?

I’m from a small station with 21 routes. We have 10 Cca’s now, and things are getting really weird. I don’t think we should have that many.

Every route has a regular on it and all t-6 strings are filled.
