How to powerup? Or down?

So this deck is a bracket 2 voltron (i thought). But it seems to strong for bracket 2? I've had a few people say it should be a bracket 3. So i tried it out in bracket 3 and was first out repeatedly. Should I try to power it down? If i take out the trample, I can't really win. Should I try to power it down or power it up to be a bracket 3? I'm not sure what game changers I would even add to do that.
