Crowd's Choice anomaly shouldn't interact with Drakkari

It enables some crazy stupid plays, even more so than normal (turn 1 was wisdomball, picked up Drakkari, made it golden after getting 2 copies of the T7 pirate someone chose after that, then I chose Balinda and could coast the rest of the game)
