Why Do Men Hate Bear More Than Women Do?

Since Obsession was released digitally this week, a lot of YouTubers have started doing reaction videos.

After watching several reaction channels, I noticed that most straight guys absolutely hate Bear and call him the villain. Especially when he says “Be Nikki” or “What’s so bad about being with me?”, a lot of men look completely shocked and immediately say Bear is a real bad person.

What’s interesting is that most female reactors don’t seem to have such a strong negative reaction to Bear. After watching the movie, they don’t really hate him. Some even think Bear is a victim or try to make excuses for him.

I’m not trying to start an argument. I just found this pattern interesting after watching several reaction channels.
