Idk why it happens to me?

So I'm 18M and I've 2 female friends past but idk why it happens to me only that it will go on smoothly but at a certain time I crave to maintain distance with everyone and then I feel very light after ending up everything. Then again feel very sad for nkt having any female to share,idk why

Can someone explain me is it just me or everyone?
