The Integrated Music Player is SO LOUD, how can I lower the volume ?

Any other way than via the Windows sound mixer ? I'd prefer not to use it because I already put Opera GX at 25% there and it's gonna be impossible to get the sound right on Youtube/Twitch and other streaming platforms if I lower it more.

Is there any option to lower ONLY the media player ? Even a browser add-on would be great, but all those I tried don't even detect the Player as it's not in a "tab" and they can't lower it
