Advice on role

Hi! I am a MB looking for a new nanny and trying to figure out what would be most attractive for this role. I live in a HCOL area and will offer a competitive wage for these non conventional part-time hours.

That being said- I am looking for someone to come Tues, Weds and Thurs from 8:30am to 6:30pm. I work part time and this would cover my core hours. I was also going to hire someone to come either every Friday or Saturday from 12 to 8.

Should I separate this into to 2 different roles or see if I can find someone who wants this schedule?
