2 Big Orders to Peru from Texas - Would you ship?

I received 2 orders for different listings totally over 1000 dollars. These would be shipped with different tracking numbers since the orders were spread apart. When I checked shipping location, I noticed they were both to Peru with the same buyer. The buyer only had 1 feedback that was positive within the last month. While I understand if I get to the hub, ebay should be responsible for any issues after that. With that said, would go through with the shipments? What is the worst that could happen? I do a lot of international shipments, but nothing of this value so I want to make sure I'm good.
