is black pill real

i dont consider myself a "incel " i dont have any negative thoughts about women or think they are less then men or anything and im not crazy enough to hit my face with a hammer or something. but i swear sometimes it becomes really apparant that there is some truth to black pill. like ive seen this happen to both my friends and me. one of my friends gets bullied in school because he is a 5,5 male and no it isnt by other dudes its girls telling him hes never gonna get a girlfriend or ever be married cus he's too short and a while ago i had acne and i also treated badly and i ended up taking accutane which cleared up my skin and helped me overall. and then when i finished ap psych it just kept becoming more apparent to me like the halo effect or just confirmation and hindsight bias where if you think someone is attractive you only look for other attractive features and i know this works the other way as well where if you like most aspects of somebody youll start looking or only seeing attractive physical features that they have but the difference is that takes way longer cus it takes more time to judge their personality.

and idk just thinking about all that feels weird. to the ppl who have experienced/noticed that how do you deal with it.
