Flying/Floating Run

I'm doing a flying type/permanently floating or flying run. I need help deciding which Pokemon I should include in the list of permanently floating or flying. Like for example Beedrill is included because it always flys, but Metagross is not included because it only floats sometimes, being on the ground the rest of the time. If it is a flying type, it is automatically included.
