Is social media becoming to much
R/advice He never been a person to ever step away from socials due to mental health or anything of that reason I’ve had it since I was about 14 I’m now 23 so I’ve used it every day since but today I deleted my TikTok and instagram. First of all cause insta I never really go on anymore so it’s kinda just faded out for me then TikTok it’s just not enjoyable at all for me I go on to try to laugh but its all just real life stuff I really just don’t wanna see or just dumb TikTok fake drama just so people get attention. I’ve really gotten tired of it lately and just decided to delete it but anyways I work 40 hour weeks and after work normally I just doom scrolled and I literally have no idea what to do with spare time anymore I don’t wanna go out after work to just spend money I don’t have I take my dog out play with him and clean but I feel like I need a little joy in my day something that pours into my cup and just hobbies like after work inside hobbies!
