Trying to fix a controller (NSW Spectra Wired Controller)

Hello! Like the title says, I am trying to fix a NSW Spectra Wired Controller I've had for a few years, because the right joystick has suddenly stopped recognizing inputs, and when I hold the joystick down, then move the joystick up or down, you can feel a decent bit of resistance. From what I've tested, it affects all platforms, and so far I've disassembled the controller, but I'm not really sure where to go from there, since this is my first time trying to fix a controller. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
