Could anyone help with a requst?

I met a kid in another sub who drew me a cool picture in exchange for the Battle Pass. You can see the conversation in my account. Well, I cannot figure out the 2FA to save my life. I have spent hours, chatted with Epic. Nothing. Is there anyone willing to send him a Battle Pass. I will PayPal you, Cashapp, Venmo or whatever else you have 20 bucks if you can do it

I feel so bad offering and not following through.
