I’ve built an app to help!

My husband is a tradesmen and I work in take an I noticed a lot of the time he misses leads when he’s on a job or simply is wasting time quoting people who won’t respond, so I built an app to help.
You get a customised booking form/weblink (you can use this as your website or add to your current
- an ai receptionist that can help customers book, provide pricing and call out fees etc (so you weed out the time wasters!)
- allows people to book directly according to your availability and sends you an sms and email about new leads and they issue that have.
If it’s an emergency booking you have a 1 hour sla and will receive sms reminders every 15 mins for that hour reminding you to respond and mark them down as contacted
If it’s a standard booking 24hr sla, you’ll get a reminder sms at 18 hours is that it doesn’t slip through the net.
You also get a view of all your past and upcoming bookings in a calendar view and can then straight to your phone calendar.
An in built ai receptionist so you can ask it to reschedule a booking or let a customer know you’re running late and it’ll draft and send a email over for you to save you time.
