Don't use the Crimson card

My Crimson card was hacked and drained of over $1000

I was unable to use my card, sales and ATMs were declining my tranactions, so i called Dasher support. I was told i needed to verify my identity and the problem would be fixed. Next day, still declining, and then the next, so i called support again. This time the CSR told me thier was suspiciousactivity on the account, for 4 days transfers were being made to a cash app account, so while I couldnt get accessto my money, this person was able to drain my account. I filed a dispute, did all the paperwork and the day after they recieved my paperwork they closed the investigation saying there was no fraud. When i called to speak to an investigator i was told i could only email them, theres no way to speak to a human. I emailed more paperworkexplained to them that i had no access to my money, but a thief did. We had names, police reports, ect. When I called today to see what action was being taken i found out again that they denied the dispute. This would never happen with a real debit card handled through a bank. I've reached out to Starion bank who issues the cards to doordash but doesn't do statements or any handling of Crimson accounts and im waiting for a supervisor to call back. It has been frustrating and a huge run around! I doubt im going to recover my money but im not letting up. I would advise not to use this card. Just as I expected, another doordash scam! What a joke, 1 day investigation. Sorry for the long rant, but just looking out for others, and im really missed off!
