I got an E on my extended essay by one point should I remark?

I didn’t get my diploma cause of being one point below D on my EE, I fulfilled all the other IB requirements, but I don’t think my university requires the IB diploma. I still feel like I should get it remarked so that I have the diploma. What are the chances I get the one point extra I need on my EE?
