PIP no change but they want to reassess - is there a reason why?

Title. Family members sent in review forms no change had them awarded very quickly. No update on mine. Appointee wrote no change, I have cerebral palsy so always need the same help and have the same struggles, detailed on form. Appointee Rang up today to be told eventually after lots of beating around the bush that they want to reassess. But I don’t understand why when nothing has changed it seems literally pointless. Obviously if I was like yeah babe I’m a world class gymnast these days I’d get it.

I feel humiliated and frustrated at having to prove my disability to a stranger once again, and the thought of having to fight again upsets me. I genuinely could cry.
