Wet food

Does anyone else’s cat just not eat the chunks in their wet food?

I have 3 cats, 2 Persians and 1 BSH. I’ve tried them all foods which are complete nutrition, royal canin, lilys kitchen, pro plan, untamed, you name it! (Except things like whiskers or felix) and they lick all the gravy or broth off but don’t eat the chunks. I’ve tried late, I’ve tried fillets, I’ve tried chunks. They might go back and pick at them way later on but never finish it. Does anyone else have this experience or any tips on how I can get them to just eat their food!

They have water out always and dry biscuits too, they do eat them but don’t seem to be filling themselves up on them as I’ve tried taking them away before and same thing.
