Infuriating deck ideas

Need some ideas on some infuriating decks that makes my play group want to rage. We play things like grand arbiter so we are used to annoying game changers.

I saw the card plow under and instantly realized that this card is very annoying and was wondering if there were decks designed to utilize it yet still have a way to win in the end.
