Pretty sure becoming a full-fledged adult has sped up my premature graying

I turned 24 last week and already probably about 15-20% of my head is gray. I have the gene on both sides of my family, my aunt went gray around 30 and my bio dad around 25. It started when I was 17 and progressed pretty slowly but I noticed it started getting a lot quicker this past year.

This past year also coincidentally happens to be my first year out of college and in the workforce full time. I think the stress of managing everyday life has sped up my graying like tenfold. It sucks that I'm going gray so early, but everyone in my life thinks it looks cool so...meh. Just looks like shit right now because I dyed my hair black and have been too busy to get in to get my roots touched up so it's just extra obvious right now.

And I fully expect to be 100% gray by the time I'm finished with my radiologic technologist AAS/cert I decided to go back to school and get...well before I'm in my thirties and before having kids even. I'll confuse people for years to come lmfao

For those who are gray, did you cover it up for a while or just embrace it? I like my dark hair, but it's not my natural color. I figure embracing the grays would be cool too
