Nausea 4 days post septorhinoplasty?

I had a septorhinoplasty last Thursday and began doing the Neilmed nasal rinses yesterday. I’ve been experiencing nausea since I started the nasal rinses, but haven’t vomited.

Has this happened to anyone else? I’m thinking it could be from swallowing the blood that’s being flushed out from my nasal rinses but unsure.
