Why did my FET fail?

I just had my first ever FET.

A few things became disregulated beforehand that I am wondering if were contributing factors.

Thyroid:

Normally my TSH was under 1 or under 1.5. Right before FET was 2.2. They said it was ok but now I am wondering if that was a problem. T4, T3, TPO etc all normal

Weight:

At start of my ERs my BMI was 40. After 5 retrievals I gained weight and then I went off my Mounjaro and my BMI is closer to 48.

Sleep:

I went off my Lexapro because it is pregnancy category C but I think my anxiety made it difficult for me to sleep so I had a very disturbed sleep leading up to FET.

Migraine meds:

Due to lack of sleep, and probably hormones, I had two whopping migraines during the 9 day wait. Tylenol caffeine and nothing helped. Ice didnt help. Time did not help. I took my Ubrelvy 100mg two separate days. Ubrelvy blocks the calcitonin gene related peptide protein. This protein can be responsible for implantation and maintaining early pregnancy. I asked chat and he said while it might be the case, not to beat myself up over it. Especially since it was just one dose two separate days.

I did do a month of Lupron suppression for suspected silent endometriosis, saline sonogram normal, normal hysteroscopy, took all my vitamins, did everything else right.
