Lead Interviews in another market

Hey all,

I’m going to be going for lead at another store in another market and was curious about the questions and what they focus on. And also any advice for the interviews. Sure, I’ve looked at the competencies, but when I was interviewing for Genius some of the questions I were asked were really odd and took me aback (Dw I got genius).

I’ve been with Apple for a few years and have worked in every area of the store at specialist, expert and pro levels so lead feels like the next step and the experience of working in all areas should help me stand out.
