Is this Gerd?

So for the past few weeks I have been having a sharp/stabbing pain in left side of my chest. I have Gerd and Postnasal Drip but not had this particular symptom before. Went to A&E and my obs were all fine and they said it sounds like Gerd.

I looked it up on here to read similar experiences but the posts I have read say that they get a stabbing pain lower down in the chest and mine is on the left side but higher up, like in level with shoulder blade. It doesn’t hurt when I breathe deeply either, just a random sharp stabbing pain on and off.

Has anyone else experienced this with Gerd?
