anybody tried to 3D print their own satellite dish?

I want to contact QO-100. I'd like to make it portable though, so I thought about 3D modelling a satellite dish that can be snapped together and snapped apart. It would be sprayed with ALU-Zinc spray. I want to know if there are any existing models for that. It would be 50cm or 60cm in length. Thanks! I apologise if this is the wrong community for this.

I have already seen saveitforparts video on that dish but that isn't really usable for QO-100. It has to be an offset dish.
