Any success landing internal recruiter roles in the US (FAANG/HFT/Finance) with visa sponsorship in the US?

Hi all, I’m a tech recruiter with experience in sourcing software engineers- particularly in C++/C, Python within finance and HFT. My background spans full-cycle tech recruitment (all areas but software is my passion), and I’m now actively looking for an internal TA or sourcing role in the US that offers visa sponsorship.

Given how tough the market’s been for recruiters lately, I’m curious:

• Has anyone recently landed a US-based internal recruiting role with sponsorship?
• Any tips or job boards/companies still open to sponsoring experienced tech recruiters?
