About to be 24 and I still live with my parents

I have $14,000 saved up, I currently have a job that pays $700 a week, my parents are a huge help and they aren’t rushing me out

But I want to leave, I don’t want to burden my parents anymore, I’m not doing as well as I’d like, I hate my job, and I don’t know if I’m just afraid to move on in life or if I’m incompetent

What would any of you do if you were in my situation? Would you go back into school if work is not the best? Would you just take a dive and move out to wherever the road takes you?
