Can I claim on my travel insurance to see a doctor to treat/lance a cyst in the EU?

I'm currently in Poland on a work trip until end of Friday. I landed on Sunday last week. I have a cyst on my neck which I've had since Thursday last week. I saw the GP back in the UK who prescribed me a week dosage of antibiotics to help but the cyst isn't getting any better. In fact it's getting worse/redder and very painful. I have worldwide travel insurance since the start of the year. Can I claim on my insurance to see a doctor? I did not notify my insurance before the trip that I had the cyst.

I would call my insurance provider but their lines are closed right now.
