Tokyo Recommendations - Nicer Pilots / Unique Pens

Heading to Tokyo today and will be there for several days. I journal daily with my pilot 823 fine, use Midori paper, and have a few other medium pens - I like clean and simple aesthetics and adore my pilot 823. Have resources for a reasonable new pen - say $500 price point.

Where should I go and what would you look at? Wondering about an 845, or vanishing point. Urushi seems too fancy, but I could be dissuaded. What else should I look for?
