Companions have disappeared?

I'm playing though DA2 for a second time, and this time I'm using mods. I realized, right before the quest to go to the deep roads, I hadn't done Sebastian's first quest "duty" and that the DLC wasn't installed. So I signed in and installed them and now all my companions, (except Bethany, Varric, and Aveline) are gone. Has this happened to anyone before? Is there someway I can fix this without completely restarting?

Basically, game was working just fine with mods, but adding on the DLC has made everyone disappear. I can see Isabela in the Hanged Man, and I can enter Fenris' and Merrill's house, so I know I've recruited them. They're just gone.
