If I'm not the OSA owner of a certain section of the store how do I deal with scan outs not being done?

Basically the stockroom bays are worked pretty well. The carts are mostly empty and the product on them is either true overstock or resets. After the scan outs I check the departments not scanned and multiple departments not in my designated section of the store weren't scanned or have massive amount of scans missed.

I'm being chewed out for it but you have drilled it in that you want multiple people doing scan outs by splitting the store up between sections. You acknowledge that my OSA area is great. But if the other shift leads aren't doing their part during their scan outs the fuck am I supposed to do about it if you don't want me doing scan outs except in my area of the store.

I understand that I'm the IS but my hands are tied if the other SFL aren't doing scan outs correctly when you don't want me doing 3/4 of the store scan outs. I believe it is mostly product not in the correct location so the location seems to have stock but it truly doesn't. Truck is Fri and I'm usually getting off right as it pulls up. Scan outs are Tuesday. I'm usually off Sat Sun. Wed is AVR so I'm in the pharmacy longer than usual. So that leaves Monday for me to make sure truck was completed after Pharmacy tasks before I even start doing my OSA stuff for my section. Then whatever tasks I have to do plus pharmacy IC3s etc.

Tomorrow is scan outs. I know my OSA area is ready to go I've crossfilled and checked my outs to make sure I didn't have any fake outs. This week will probably be another scan out failure but I need some tips for next week.
