Zafemy (The Patch)

I am 1 year postpartum and recently quit breastfeeding a few months ago. I got my first period last month (about it 30 days ago). I got the patch prescribed but the instructions on how to take it really don’t fit me at the moment.

I can’t wait until the first day of my period because they’re super irregular or I’m not even sure when I’ll get another, and I can’t wait until the Sunday after because, well, what I just stated.

Can you just start it any day? They didn’t give the clearest instructions at my dr. Like could I start it today and change it every Monday for the next 3 weeks? What if I get my period in the next 3 weeks, will that cause issues?
