Should I play Requiem?

How scary is this? I know scariness is subjective. Ive played tlou2 with relative ease and currently play Alan Wake 2 which I find pretty scary (especially the jumpscares and atmosphere). I have seen clips of Requiem and I hate jumpscares and sequences where you get chased. Do yall think i should Play it?
