Tips for my first appointment with a fertility clinic? Please!

Hi, my husband and I finally made an appointment with a fertility clinic after my ob referred us!!! Our history is 2 back to back MMC in October 25 and January 26. I have been trying to conceive for 7 cycles now with no luck. The second loss was paternal origin Turner’s syndrome. First was untested. We have 1 LC together and I have a LC from a prior relationship, but our youngest is 4 so I kind of wonder if something has changed since then.

Husband’s semen analysis had severely abnormal morphology so I want to ask their thoughts on a semen analysis with fragmentation. I had to have an emergency d&c and blood transfusion for retained products of conception with my second MMC. So I thought about asking about an HSG or something similar. We’ve done a ton of RPL labs all normal besides his morphology.

Are there any other tests to ask for? Any meds? Also if you’ve already seen a fertility/ reproductive medicine specialist could you tell me how your first appointment went? I’m nervous and clueless!
