physical sensation ?

my head feels like its emitting energy

it feels like its under pressure

like its growing somehow

like im tired but cant sleep

restlessness

brain zaps that arent related to medication in any way as im not on any and ghavent recently quit any

durinf this, my thoughts that are weird, and paranoia get sworse

light in particular scares me

i am understimulated by people talking and videos etc but my own thoughts and emotions and random pseudohallucination perceptions are extremely strong and bear a lot of weight

happens under stress and extreme sadness

it always doesnt feel sad or srtress though it can feel relaxing . other times feels like hell and it gets bad. as in very scary. like im not alive. ill get scared im dead

ill look in the mirror and i know its me, but i dont recognixe myself like, i know thats my face but it looks different. very different. and it always looks different int he same way.

my heated blanket kind of helps calm me down

threat perception will grt max triggered over random shit as well

plus more pseudohallucination stuff durinf it

these arent the only times i have symptoms but its like concentrated peridos of it where it gets very striong and i dont know why

is something wrong with me.? i often worry jn these time sim going crazy or have a brain tumour
