I genuinely hope we never get snippets of unreleased music ever again.

The fact people in the community are upset that songs we heard less than 10 seconds of and sounded extremely unfinished aren’t getting released is absolutely absurd.

If Doubt or Avalon (prev. known as Tell Me About Yourself) weren’t on the album or known to be scheduled for release then I’d understand why the community would be upset since we know that Charley wouldn’t play a song at a concert or post a highly produced teaser (with a music video might I add) unless he actually planned on releasing the song but the fact we have individuals in our community complaining about songs such as “Yerba Mate” not being on the album when all we got shown of it was a 3 second guitar spider audio from a live stream is literally laughable.

While the snippets and what’s shown on the livestreams are really interesting and a fun way for Charley to engage with his fans, we’re better off without them. The livestreams are infamous for having songs in them that are never released or upon release are pretty different from the demo we get previewed but the community can’t seem to comprehend that so it would honestly be better for the sake of our community if Charley stopped showing music outside of the concerts or on the official socials because a large portion of the fanbase gets overly attached to literal seconds of music they find relatively interesting.
