Dr. Recommending Rinvoq after failing Entyvio. When were you given Rinvoq?

Question

My gastro is recommending I start Rinvoq after what seems like I'm failing Entyvio. I started the entyvio after failing Inflectra (started to have UC symptoms and it triggered a full body rash that the dermatologist said was psoriasis).

Before that I was on mesalamine for about 7 years, until that failed.

Really sucks that Entyvio isn't fully working for me. My symptoms are mild, I wouldn't say severe. I had a flare for a week that has calmed down now. That flare had blood, mucus and some urgency. Most recent scope while on Entyvio showed mild inflammation with signs of chronic inflammation. So Entyvio is kinda sorta not working.

Blood work shows that I don't have antibodies nor is my body clearing the entyvio fast (blood work showed high levels before my last infusion).

Doc is recommending for the next step be Rinvoq. But I am scared of the side effects and what comes next if I were to fail this one? I already have elevated LCL cholesterol and this medication seems to increase that.

Like why not suggest Temfya or Stelara? It seems to be less risky than Rinvoq.

Idk I guess I'm just seeing if anyone can talk about what their medicine progression has been with the biologics and at what point have you been prescribed Rinvoq? TYIA
