How much of a slowdown (ms) you tolerate before giving up?

Hello to everyone, I know recent patches made the game pretty much fly in comparasion to 4.0 , but everytime I get to X date , arround 2260 or so , game began to notcably slow down, taking 110ms aprox to get a year.

I was began to wonder for how much slowdown or how much takes for the game to take a year you can tolerate before getting frustrated.

Because I do swear, or is my tolerance really low or is something else.. I see other games like CK3 crawl at a later date before I do notice and I play Elder Kings 2 mod..
