Need Advice

I'm doing Cambridge International A-levels, currently in A2 (MJ 2027 session). I'm taking Biology, Chemistry, Psychology, and Urdu COMPOSITES, but Chemistry has been really rough for me and I want to drop it and just keep Biology.

My college is telling me:

- You "can't" do Biology without also taking Chemistry

- If I drop Chem, I'll end up getting a D in Biology

From what I've looked into, Bio and Chem seem to be graded completely independently by Cambridge, and plenty of people take Biology paired with non-science subjects with no issue. Has anyone actually experienced this, or heard of a real academic reason dropping Chem would tank a Bio grade? Trying to figure out if this is a real rule or just something my college is enforcing.
