How to model a plane?

Hi everyone!

I am attempting to model an Air Tractor AT-602 (a crop duster) at a 1:45 scale, and I am relatively new to Onshape. I would like to know how more experienced Onshapers would do it (particularly the cockpit). The attached photos (and technical drawings) are of the AT-602, and the two last screenshots are of my attempted plane (#1 being my plane from a distance and #2 being a closeup of the cockpit.) Please note that I am only modeling one half so I can mirror it and get a perfectly symmetrical plane.
