Quest3s Eye Flicker

Ok, I use pcvr with a quest3s headset, do this through wireless steam link on my wifi, (i know is not the greatest thing to do but I have zero other options) And it worked just fine since I started doing it, i noticed when i grab my quest today, it had to install an update. afterwards, i try to play a game, which then leads to the image violently jittering between each eye causing me a massive headache. i have no definite answer to what caused it, but I think it might be the update. i'm not sure, and i just wanna play vr minecraft in peace.
