Texas Divorce Paperwork

So in the petition I filed, the first item is the discovery level, which I put level 1 because it says “check here if you and your spouse have less than $250,000 in property” and we have $0. However, on the Answer paperwork, it says “check here if you and your spouse have MORE THAN $0 but less than $250,000 in property” for level 1 and “all others” for level 2….so is it supposed to be the same for both pieces of paperwork? Should I be level 1 if we have $0 in property, or level 2??? HELP!!
