How can I stop being stupid ? Im desperate. Pleaaaase help

I am not dumb dumb. Im a lawyer, im good at creating thesis and stuff like that.

But im very stupid with material mistakes, im forgetful, sometimes understand simple stuff wrong while the hard ones I understand properly.

If my stupidity came from creating thesis it would be better to fix it, I would just need to study, but im lile just dumb for normal stuff.

What can I do ? Im desperate i cant stop making mistakes my bosses probably hate me at this point HELP ME PLEAAAAAASEEEEEEE SOMEONE
